Authorship, originality and dissemination of works:


The presentation of a story to the competition necessarily implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms by the person opting for the award, and that consent to the disclosure of the submitted work should be rewarded or finalist, the warranty of the author of authorship and originality of the work, and that it does not copy or modification of all or part of any other persons, of what we are not responsible, the warranty of the participants of unprecedented nature of the work presented and the exclusive ownership and without charge or limitation of all rights to exploit it, without being subjected to other competitions still pending.


Transfer of rights:


The award means that the author or author of the winning work gives exclusive rights to exploit all of the first edition of the work and their media impact deducted from the first publication

The jury will select the winning stories in each of the two forms of the Contest shall consist of:

PRIZE:

The jury will award the works according to two categories:

Short Stories submitted by people aged 21 years or less.

short stories submitted by people over 22 years.

FINALISTS:

be awarded at least three short stories as finalists in each category, receiving a gift this season.

WINNERS:

one person will win the prize for each category will a passage to Cuba . For the winning story had been written by a minor, the prize would be expanded to two tickets to Cuba, to be accompanied by an adult.
